In 2007 Ferncliff TIH AS separated real estate investments into a separate division through the establishment of Ferncliff Property AS. The group purchased Hegdehaugsveien 25 AS in 2007 (sold in 2011), and it has developed an office building at Kullerød in Sandefjord and an industrial property in Risør since then.

The property, held by Bygdøynesveien 33-37, was acquired from the norwegian Maritime Museum in 2004 for noK 54 million and has a total area of approximately 1.8 hectares. The location of this property is one of the most attractive in oslo with a shoreline and great view
of inner oslo Fjord. The property is being developed in close cooperation with the Planning and Building Authority and the cultural Heritage Management office in the city of oslo. The three preservation-worthy
buildings will most likely be rehabilitated at the same time as the parking area, which is currently used as public parking.
